We all know that we inherit our physical characteristics. What is less known is that we also inherit our emotional patterns. Few of us understand that our personal limitations, cycles of pain, or business failures, may be linked to hidden patterns in our family system. Making that connection allows us to shift.

In families: Unresolved traumas like suicide, early death of a parent, child or sibling, financial ruin, abortions, miscarriages can create an imprint on the family system and become a blueprint for generations of unconscious suffering. What's not addressed may surface in the lives of those who come later.

In organizations: Unfair dismissals, disrespect, workplace killings, inadequate compensation etc may have similar impacts on that system. 

While details of the original trauma become more obscure over time, the symptoms become increasingly pronounced.

Sometimes we're entangled in the 'family system', and when we inherit what's in this nervous system we may repeat the family fate. Self-sabotage, self-injury, chronic illness, depression, fear, anger, obesity, addictions & failure in relationships and business can all be forms of unconscious loyalties.

Using a systemic lens we can expose hidden patterns that keep us stuck and explore the origins and effects of these unconscious loyalties on families or organizations. Once we understand these bonds, we have an opportunity to free current & successive generations from their influences, creating stronger, happier pathways for ourselves and our successors.

In systemic and scientific language, a constellation is an arrangement of parts or elements within its common system eg family members within a family system, personnel and roles within an organization. We ask clients to set up an image of their system, using representatives. What they can’t always picture is the interaction between, or the effects on, each member. Nor can they imagine the patterns that influence behaviors. These forces are invisible yet powerful. All systems contain an informational field not unlike the Internet which when accessed yield a wealth of information.
A constellation provides an objective yet profound way to visibly access insights into what is happening right now and what might occur in the future. Using Dimensional Mapping and Interactive Family Trees, hidden patterns are quickly able to surface. Obstacles or limitations become observable and can therefore be addressed by finding what is needed to move from 'stuck' to flourishing.
