What is a Constellation?
A constellation is an arrangement of parts or elements. In this systemic approach it is an arrangement of the parts or elements of any living system. We ask clients to set up a constellation the way that they see their system, using representatives. What they can’t always picture is the interaction between or the effects on, each member. Nor can they see the patterns that influence behaviors. These forces are invisible yet powerful. An informational field not unlike the Internet which when accessed yields a wealth of information. A constellation provides an objective yet profound way to visibly access insights into what is and what may become. Hidden patterns are quickly allowed to surface. Obstacle s become observable and can therefore be addressed. What we need to say and do to move from what is, to what’s possible become achievable. |
